Shared web hosting accounts all run on AMD based servers with 1.5 Gb of RAM. The servers are equipped with high speed SCSI hard drives and centralized disk-based backup system for daily backup. This provides our customers with a solid combination of speed, redundancy and data protection.
Our highly trained "live" web hosting support staff is available to assist you with hosting related issues on weekdays from 8:00 - 6:00 EST. E-mail support is available 24/7/365. Response times for e-mail support are typically from 1 to 2 hours.
A centralized backup disk storage system backs up all servers on a daily basis using our backup rotation schedule, a full backup is performed weekly and a differential backup (changed files) is performed daily.
Our network utilizes connections to multiple backbones - Qwest, Time Warner, AT&T, Sprint, UUNET - to ensure that data reaches the end-user in the fastest, most efficient manner possible.
We guarantee that the network and web servers will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling.
